I just hovered around Design Diva Fabrics which provides discount fabric like curtain, drapery, upholstery, and more. They just launched the “Vote UP Count Down” sale which you have to register so that you can vote. You can vote as many fabrics as you want as the fabric with the most votes goes onto count down mode. As it goes into count down mode, the fabric gets cheaper. And it only stops when somebody buys it. Then you can look again on the next fabric with the most votes. This site is really great and eventually you will get discount fabric and you save money!
