Do You Know Everything About Your Credit History?

April 8th, 2008 · No Comments ·

If you are interested in knowing the details of your credit standing, then here are two good places that I have stumbled upon. Both Credit Nexus and TheCreditReportCenter offer credit checking packages that come at reasonable prices.

Credit Nexus offers a 3-in-1 package with their credit report: you can view your credit report, plus your credit score and your bureau credit monitoring. Their credit monitoring is free for thirty days though, and then $79.95 is charged yearly. The price is really worth the services because three credit bureaus shall provide the information: TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. Aside from these, availing this package even opens up other complementary benefits to these services at no cost, such as Identity Theft Restoration Services and No-cost Debt Analysis.

TheCreditReportCenter comes in several credit packages to choose from. If you are keen on protecting your identity, then opt for 30-day trial for TransUnion credit monitoring that comes with free credit report, free credit score and free debt analysis. After which, monthly payment of $11.95 per month is needed to maintain the service. If you are on a tight budget but still need to check your credit, then go for Single Credit Report for only $9.95 which is provided by TransUnion. The most complete package of all is their 3-in-1 credit report with free score from TransUnion for only $29.95. You can even opt to customize the given packages, such as adding only $9.95 in the latter packages to be able to see all the credit scores from the three major credit bureaus.

Getting to know how you fared in your credit is a must indeed. A good credit is akin to great opportunities, while a damaged credit history reduces the chances of getting such opportunities. If you want a complete package, then go for Credit Nexus; but if you want flexibility, then TheCreditReportCenter is a more suitable site.

Know your credit score and your credit history either through Credit Nexus or TheCreditReportCenter, and avoid getting into the trap of identity theft.
