TiVo and YouTube to Deliver Web Video to TV

Experience avid user of the technology have come a step closer to reality when, on Wednesday, TiVo, the manufacturer of popular digital video recorders, announced a partnership with YouTube, a website video users directly on television.

“TiVo strategy is to bridge the gap between the Web and television, video and do as much as possible to provide our subscribers,” said Tara Maitra, Vice President and General Manager for the contents of the TiVo service.
